I came in this afternoon for an emergency appointment as my eye was very sore and red. Despite it being last minute I got seen very quickly. Everyone was so lovely too! Thank you! X

While on holiday my reading glasses had a screw come loose so the leg was very slack. I called in to this shop on chance and asked the lady behind the counter if they could fix them while I was there. She fixed the loose screw without any drama and wouldn’t take any payment for the repair. This type of old fashioned service is sadly very rare in this world of companies trying to take every opportunity to make money. So a massive thank you to the lady at Stokers and all who work there.🫶

I take my two girls to get there eyes tested and there glasses, all the staff are so welcoming and accommodating. Nothing is ever to much and both my girls left happy and excited about their new glasses. They also provide lots of information about eye health and how best to manage it. They genuinely care about what’s best for the customer and ensure you are fully comfortable and happy with your glasses. Very knowledgeable, I now wouldn’t take my girls anywhere else 😊

Excellent service. Not a registered patient but holidaying locally. Woke up with a very sore eye and called in unannounced asking for help. Within 20 minutes I had been examined; cause of the pain had been fixed and advice given on follow up care. Cannot imagine how the service could be better. Writing this a few hours later my eye is pain free and my holiday is saved.

I had an appointment this morning with Demelza. She was friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. All the staff in the branch were super helpful, friendly and accommodating. The branch itself is really welcoming and comfortable. 10 out of 10!
