Doug, the salesman, was very welcoming and informative during my visit. I ended up coming down without any prior warning but he was still very inviting. He outlined all the steps in the car buying process for me.

The initial response was very quick, friendly and helpful. The intial response included a quoted price, as there was no price listed with the Car Gurus add. Later, when trying to finalize the purchase, I was told that the price I was quoted (written in an email to me) was not going to be honored because there was a lot of interest in the vehicle and raised the price by $3,000.00. We did not have the price listed originally because we found some repairs that needed to be done before we could honestly sell the car and stand behind it. I went to Stohlman Subaru of Sterling VA and did test drive of 2017 Subaru Outback and to look at 2018 Outback. Sales guy tried to pressurize asking what would be a good price of Outback for me to buy that day though I told upfront I'll test drive other vehicles before finalizing. Sales manager was nice, he understood I am yet to finalize on a vehicle.
