The dealer was selling a car that the backup camera didn’t work, nor did the stereo CD player and wouldn’t come down on the price at all. Drove all the way to Virginia wasted gas and time.
From the moment I first came in contact with the dealership was a non stop positive experience. Extremely professional staff, with more than adequate accommodations as you wait for your vehicle purchase to be completed. I was paid more than I expected for my trade-in, the price of the cost of the new vehicle was lowered and Rod Bentley (salesperson) was amazing! Nothing but good things to say! It was well worth the hour drive from my house and if i want to purchase another vehicle i know where to go first!
Good Custumer service
The vehicle I was hoping to look at sold before I could make it there, they called back with alternate cars for me too see. I appreciated the thought but I had already purchased at another dealership.
We test drove and ended up buying the 2018 Outback. The dealer is a no haggle type place so the price was firm. But, they were willing to fix a few dings in the SUV. It was clean, well maintained and we had a good experience. The service people were also helpful and quick. They provided a loaner car while the dealer made the few fixes. So far, love the quite smooth ride. The V6 is the only way to go for the Outback. We are satisfied with our experience here.
