Very bad sales experience. The salespeople were awful. They added over 20% of the cars value in fees from their dealership. I tried to negotiate with them on the price and they wouldnt budge a dollar. After a few days went by and they had no other buyers, they contacted me again and when I wanted a lower price for trying to be pushed around by car salesmen, they literally stopped replying to me after they contacted me first! Price of car is not as advertised. All prices are actually $800 higher. I was told this was true with all used car sales but I was not charged this ‘fee’ on the last two used vehicles that I personally purchased, nor was my daughter. Over the past 20 years we have owned atleast used 15 Subies and never paid a fee like this.

Very helpful and friendly dealership. The used car manager, Will, was very helpful. I worked the deal with him directly. He answered every question honestly and took the time to walk me through the entire process himself.
Had a very good experience with them. First Tommy was great and the guy is extremely honest. Not high pressure and just down to earth. I felt like he was there to make it a good experience, in which it was. There was something that needed to be addressed on the car and they were on it with no excuses or negotiation.
