First, my sales person Ali was great but had to work under dealer policy's. #2 THE DEALER CHARGES 699$ ADMIN FEE + TAX??. #3 This dealer like most only detail the car, you'll need to inspect the car and if something is wrong with it they want you to pay half to fix it ( car sold at book value ) #4 Their vehicle inspector put a state sticker on the car with bad brakes (amazing). For me it was a 6 1/2 hour trip, 5 1/2 hour fix the car and paper work, and going home 7 1/2 hours. All in all my wife is happy and I hope this revie... read more

My overall experience was awesome. My salesperson, Edvin was open to negotiating with me to ensure I received the best price on the vehicle. In addition to his dedication to secure a fair deal, Edvin addressed every concern I had with the vehicle's condition which made sure I had the highest confidence in the vehicle I purchased. Sales person was helpful and professional. Upfront they state that there is a $699 charge for fees/handling that is not included in the listed price of the car. What they don't tell you is that they will also try and add a 'reconditioning' charge to the price of the car if you are trying to negotiate the price.

Meaning we have to stand behind the cars we sell, and honestly some cars simply cost us more to recondition than others.
