Car was beautiful, but has problems within the first 30 days and they dont want to fix it. The transmission is skipping at low speeds and the control arm bushings are tearing. They responded to my poor review asking me to reach out to the GM, but the number provided goes to an automated line that doesn't direct to the GM at all! They got the money they wanted and now they're hiding from honoring the warranty. DO NOT TRUST THEM

I dealt with Richard Dime. Had to push a little on price but very smooth transaction overall especially in the finance office. Highly recommend.

Totally disgusted with the whole experience, I had to follow up for information to get a response at all, then missed getting the vehicle I wanted to purchase because of the delays in answers, and was promised that I would be told if sold, but I had to follow up after I saw it change online. Terrible experience and will never work with or recommend this dealer.

Sheila was kind and wonderful as well as very helpful. Rhe office manager Sarah was the one i thought was rude because I declined extra warranties. She wouldn't even talk to me after that. I thought she was very unprofessional.
Subaru of Concordville said the Tesla Y was already sold when I stopped in to look at it. Now, i'm questioning their honesty.
Very nice salesman, knew the inventory. Understood my limits for price, and for what I wanted in a truck.
