This is a great dealership. I have been shopping around for a HRV and was told by another Honda dealer the color and trim I wanted wasn't available and that it could take months to get me one. The next day I found exactly what I was wanting at Stockton 12. Brandon and Scott were both great. I didn't have a way to get my new car home so CJ drove it home for me going above and beyond. I took my CRV in for a routine oil change and it was due for the 45K mile service. I was told exactly what that would be and they provided the service in a reasonable amount of time. The technician, Juwan was very courteous and helpful. I love my CRV and I love the way Stockton Honda handles my service visits!
I had a very good experience with Stockton 12 Honda and with Brandon. He was getting off at 6 PM. when I told him it would be 6 by the time I could get there. These guys at Stockton 12 took really great care of me and my wife!! I bought my 2011 Honda Odyssey Touring from them when it first came out and just recently a 2016 Honda Civic EXL. They really bent over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied with my car selection and made me feel like a champion the entire time. Our salesmen, Jason, really treated us like royalty.
