Wonderful experience at Stockton 12 Honda today! They were willing to have a part for my car shipped overnight for free and that's only the beginning. When I pulled up to the service department I was told it would be just a 30 minute wait since I forgot to make an appointment. After waiting for 15 minutes I was greeted and told it was all finished. Wow what a total different experience this time (purchased a vehicle a year ago at Stockton with Carson and had a great experience!) but this time my family felt rushed, (with Darren) the gas wasn't filled and the inside looks as though no one went cleaned or went thru it (.. I found buggers crusted (gag)on the seats)....So disappointed with this car buying experience
Great dealership. I've been taking my Honda here for 3 years since i bought it in 2012 and have never had an issue. The service department is great and speedy. Recently took my civic in to get a new key assigned and it too a lot longer than they thought due to a wire being cut somehow. They called to let me know it would take them longer than expected and that they would call me when it was ready. Word to the wise. This dealership is a joke. I took my Honda in for a recall and still the same problems with the service guy telling me that it will get better over time. My car isn't a fine bottle of wine. It's a car that needs to get fixed same problems different frustration. Never again
