There was something in the vent of the car I bought that rattled and we signed a paper stating that the dealership would fix it for us. After finally leaving 5 hours later at 11pm that night, we were never given that signed document either. When I went in to get it fixed they wouldn't because i didn't have at paperwork. The salesperson that helped me was supposed to fix things for me and he never got back to me. Shawn our sales man was awesome very nice very helpful. On the other hand Brandon heaps that works for financing is the worst. We bought our car signed paperwork went over of the information drove the car off the lot and then we receive a phone call Wednesday from Brandon telling us we actually don't qualify for that loan and we need to bring the car back or get billed for someone to come pick it up. Josh was amazing and did everything he could to get us out of the stupid trap volkswagen got us into! Very smooth and relaxing experience! I will always come to them for a car!
