We have purchased five cars from Stockton12 and have always had excellent customer service. Our salesman Alex is amazing, highly recommend him!
I would rate them higher but I am so upset. Davin and Tyrone I thought were pretty nice guys. But failed to mention any things that were broken on our car. And conveniently none of the items we have now discovered two days later were NOT on the carfax report. So all I have now is a money pit and a baby on the way. So disappointed by their poor communication skills and customer service. I bought a 3 pack oil change and couldn't let my husband use one unless I transferred and it wouldn't be valid for him until the next day. (Aka-making it hard for people to use). I would rather just go to Jiffy Lube and avoid the hassle.
I had the absolute best experience buying my new Honda Civic yesterday!! I had a previous buying situation that left me feeling like car salesmen just want the sale..... but how wrong was I!! Toshi was amazing and he did everything possible to make this purchase smooth and honest. Slim got us an interest rate 10% lower then what we where paying!! They really do care about you here.
