I got an email from Stockton 12 asking for a review. If I clicked that I was completely satisfied with my experience, it took me here. And if I was dissatisfied, to a different survey site. Just another example of their dishonesty. At least this time they didn't let the air out of my tires or break my rearview mirror (and then deny it). Our experience was amazing! We bought a CR-V and are very happy with BOTH the car AND the car buying experience! Our sales rep, Davin Kirkwood, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. And Brandon Heaps of the staff, was also very helpful, and made sure everything went well. Best car buying experience ever!
Bad customer service and service department has no idea what they are doing and service writers are rude.
This rating is for Frank!! Just wanted to give a huge Thank you to Frank in service! When everyone had no answers and was too busy to care he got my Pilot fixed and fixed fast! Thank you Frank for going that little extra to make sure I had my wonderful Honda to drive and didn't have to leave it over the weekend! And got it done under warranty so it cost me nothing! You call for recall work and they say you have to come in at your scheduled appointment. They send you emails reminding you to come in at your scheduled appointment. You go at your scheduled appointment to find that they treat everyone first come first serve so you have to wait behind a bunch of people with no appointments. It is only after you suffer through all of that that they tell you the repair will take "half a day". Seriously? Hopefully there is another Honda dealership that I can go to for this. I bought a car from Toshi this past Thursday, and it was a great time. This was my first real car buying experience, and he was super thorough and straight forward with me. There were no hidden fees or numbers, and I didn't feel pressured at all. I went in there %100 positive I wasn't even going to buy a car that day; but because of the service and how comfortable Toshi made me feel, I went with it. And I'm so happy with my Civic.
