I walked in ready to make a deal, Ive already been financed all they had to do was close the sale. The salesman starts with " Everything is negotiable". I give him my starting terms, the response . . pay MSRP, no negotiation. Are you serious?! No one pays MSRP, it's the "suggested" price. At least make a counter, I wanted the vehicle, I wanted to negotiate. I left. No one pays MSRP.

Went in to have the oil changed on my 2006 Pilot. I had my radiator replaced at a different repair shop and they had not aligned the hood properly so it was hard to close. Stockton 12 aligned it for me free of charge. Thank you.
