I seldom leave poor reviews but my experience with Birch Paving and Fencing was shabby in every respect. Tim's manner was brusque and his work was slipshod. The quality of panels was not very good, and in their haste to finish the job quickly, they did not secure them properly. Calls and texts to Birch Paving and Fencing to rectify this have gone unanswered; customer service left a lot to be desired from the beginning.
