left my dad to die on his own. he was only meant to be there for two weeks but it was beyond them to manage that. no representative could be arsed to ho to the funeral that they had caused to happen early.

The staff are all really friendly, the food is excellent, the accommodations are clean and comfortable and the residents seem happy and content.
