Vehicle I was looking at was beautiful. Staff never even budges when asked if we can talk about price BUT they lowered price less than 24 hours after I looked at it. No call first to say they were going to lower it or offer it to me for X amount. I did get a call from salesmen after it was lowered to ask if I was still interested, never even mentioned price was lowered....Only knew bc I had been following it. Met head salesmen/manager when I was there - just wasn't impressed. They weren't personable at all.

Where do I start??? Sent the wrong deal sheet to my bank. So I was financing the wrong vehicle. Got that straightened out. Set up an appointment to view and possibly buy. I received a confirmation email the day before my appointment to make sure I would be making the 5.5 hour drive from Virginia. Which I responded with a yes. Drove 4 hours towards Columbia, stopped to eat. Tried looking up the vehicle I was excited enough to drive 5.5 hours for. Only to find out that they had sent it to auction the day before!!!! I did not buy their car but they were very fair in dealing with me.
Pitched 2 great offers to me. Could not turn down the second one. Great job.
I told them that I liked their car with the power top, but my initial desire is to have a newer model like a 2013. I have a 1999 that looks just like theirs. They said they would look around for me. I do not like the look of the C7 Corvettes.
