I called on Wednesday, to let salesman know I was coming down to look at car on Friday, 5 hr drive Checked with salesman again on Thursday night to verify car still available. Checked in with salesman Friday morning to let him know my ETA, after 4 hrs into the trip, salesman called and said deposit was taken on the car on Thursday, I wasn’t interested in looking at anything else.
The worst experience ever. Me and the sales representative Charlie already negotiated a final price. Already had the deal then they turn around and sold. They had already sent the paperwork to the bank it was supposed to be a bill of sale but wasn’t. The representative said that I could give them a bad review that would be fine. Hidden Fees. We were up front about about a price and were told they could work on the numbers. Told them we were paying cash and when we got there after driving an hour in the rain, the price went up $1,000 dollars because we were not trading in or financing. Don’t hide the fees deep within the details.

I emailed them at midnight and got an email back almost instantly from Shelby letting me know that they had received my email and a salesman would be contacting me in the morning. Still working on the deal but the customer service was amazing
