Excellent experience
Shady business ... went from being listed as $28k to $38k when I tried to buy ... it is a used car now listed at a high new car price. Buyer beware :-(
informative and helpful with everything I asked for.
Good communication. Apparently price I saw was an error.
Very responsive
They contacted me right away!! Great sales team!
They were very respectful and polite but they could have been more informative about purchasing details upfront. The vehicle seems great but wish they could have had it clean before we came since we traveled 3 hours to do business .
I received an email from the staff at Stiver Bother Automotive the day after I submitted my email offering his assistance to help meet my car needs ,but I had already had purchased my Hyundai Tucson.
David worked very hard to earn my business. Gave me great info and great price. Probably should have purchased from him but a few factors led me somewhere else. However, will be one of the first calls I make next time I am in the market.
