They will send you videos of the car talking about how great it is and how good of shape it is in, and you can offer them cash, $100 bills for their full listed price, but it’s not enough. Bought a 2015 4runner. The sales guy was decent, but told me it had remote start and it doesnt work. Financing charged a large interest rate yet didnt pull a credit, his words. Again, salesman, Dan, was decent but the entire process was very offputting. Travis in financing was less than impressive. Will be refinancing with my bank and getting away from these guys all together.
