The team at Stirling Self Storage are very helpful and have continuously offered a fantastic service from initial enquiries and all throughout the rental period. Lucy has been great and as a result we will be extending our rental period.
What a great experience! My parents needed a storage unit and we were only able to confirm exact date a week in advance. We were allocated a 20ft unit. It's perfect. The communication with Cameron then Lucy has been brilliant! Lucy kept me up to date with everything and set me up with the online portal for invoicing and payment. We had a little issue with the padlock. User error! Lucy sorted it all out. I would highly recommend Stirling Self Storage. A very professional business with lovely staff. 🤩
