I would like to thank Yusuf for his service. The entire process that he handled was very smooth. Edit: Just moved out of my current place. Rebecca was the property manager. Rebecca was responsive and helpful with any queries I had, and she kept communication clear throughout the process. I appreciate her support through this tenure.
Yusef aided us through the application process to which he was very helpful and great communication. All docs are issued through a portal which makes the process much simpler!! Rebecca is our property manager and so far has dealt with initial queries very timely and efficient!
I had an issue with my hot water while my usual property manager was away, and I was really impressed with the support I received from their replacement, Sarah Jones. She was incredibly responsive, kept me informed throughout, and went above and beyond to coordinate with both the contractor and landlord to get the problem resolved quickly. Her efficiency and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you for the excellent service!
