We have been working with Samuel Shepherd for a while now as it took some time for us to sell our existing property before being able to move to Englefield Green. He has shown us a number of houses, answered countless questions. He was at every viewing early enough to greet us looking smart and generally representing Stirling Ackroyd really well. We put our house on the market with Stirling Ackroyd in April 2024 and finally completed in June 2025. It was a long battle but the delays were mainly due to chains collapsing under us, and Stirling Ackroyd remained positive with us all the way. We dealt with Mark, Ben, Harry, James and Sam, with Sam gaining the successful sale. All were consistently professional, enthusiastic, helpful and communicative.
