Awesome service from Ryan and Derek getting our car repaired.
I was referred here by a friend and I was not disappointed. I came in on a Saturday and looked at the truck. We talked numbers. Didn't agree on everything at that time. Monday morning I get a message that they will work with me on what I asked for on my trade. Wednesday I tell them I will take it, they do all the paperwork on my way into the store. I get there, sign everything and drive out with my new truck in less than 30 minutes. David Cromartie was fantastic to work with. I will go back the next time we need a vehicle.
It's a great place to buy cars the service is excellent the employee's are very helpful my daughter got a truck she was very content with the seller if I need a new car I will go to stringray in Bartow
I am so happy that I went to Bartow Stingray for my 1st new car buying experience. I have had my Cruze for almost 1 year and have had it in for service twice. I have had a great experience every time, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and they even gave me a ride to work!! Thank you Stingray for the wonderful customer service. I'm looking forward to my next purchase in a couple of years, looking at camaros for my next purchase :)
I have dealt with several service departments at various dealerships and companies. I have never been so happy with my experience than i was with Stingray Bartow! Cindy in the service department was absolutely amazing to work with and the techs had my car done quickly. I will definitely bring my car back when it is needed!
