Hats off to Cindy the Service Advisor and her mechanics who helped us out. My husband & I along with our daughter and 5 year old granddaughter were headed to Myrtle Beach to meet other family for our vacation when our 2015 Chev 3500 truck exhaust sensor died. 5 Chevrolet dealers later and traveling at only 45 MPH on I75 and Rt 60 we arrived at their service area. Had an appointment and my car sat their for 45 min. The lady made me fell like I didn't take care of my car just cause it's old I will find somewhere to go next time.

My opinion is that they have been dishonest to me several times. If they tell you aftermarket items that they added to a new vehicle is covered under the warranty, they are misleading you. I would never by a vehicle from them again.
