Worst experience and the most disrespectful staff I’ve ever dealt with took a month to get the truck back for a transmission done and got the run around the whole time picked it up with low air pressure on multiple tires and was getting talked to in the most disrespectful tone will never go there again!!! Honest and very friendly and ur car gets done on time
Took my car in that I purchased form your dealership for a simple oil change. Part falls off my car not even 5 mins after leaving dealership. so I had to call numerous times before talking to someone. Got the car back to dealership and service manager thought fixing it with a zip tie was the best solution. A day later the part fixed with your dumb zip tie idea flew off and hit a cop car. Have to say thank you to the staff at stingray Bartow. They have been amazing since day 1. I have now bought two vehicles from them and both transactions were beyond smooth. When it comes to the service dept they have been amazing. Kept in contact with me the whole time my vehicle was there getting it’s standard maintenance and let me know when it was good to go. I drive 45 min away to go to stingray Bartow and I’d highly recommend them to anyone interested in a new or pre owned vehicle.

I stopped in too look at a used 2018 Sierra Denali 1500. In the first 5 minutes was told I would need to put 15-20k down by the sales guy 😂
Excellent service! I never felt pressured, was given all the facts about the purchase of my car, was a wonderful experience! Logan was fantastic! I was stressed and on a time limit and he made everything smoothe and comfortable for me. Highly recommend!
