We moved into our home in June-2022, it has been over a year and still waiting on all our snagging jobs to be completed. You have to tell one person, then another then another and still you have to chase and chase to get anything done. We moved in and had split fence posts which have not been replaced, even though this was raised as soon as we got the keys to the site manager (who has since left). Stay away from St Modwen Stillwater… Stay away from St Modwen Stillwater development. They turned our first time buyers experience into the worst experience in our lives. As soon as we reserved our plot and exchanged contracts, good customer service came to the end. The sales lady stopped helping us with anything and answering our queries. We nearly missed our completion day because of the solicitors recommended by St Modwens, and of course they did not help us at all with the issues we had.
