I loved the candle making course. I learned how to make candles - scented and decorated. Tea lights and a container candle, and dipping. This means I can continue to make these as gifts for family and friends. It was fun, and Sally has created a really excellent way to spend an afternoon being creative and affordable too. Thank you Sally.

I recently treated myself and my daughter to a wonderful sound bath at Stillmind. From the moment we arrived we felt totally at home in the tranquil atmosphere. The upstairs room was so warm and welcoming, with perfect lighting and snuggly blankets adding to the ambience. The sound bath was just what we wanted; Sally's soothing voice led us through a meditation and visualisation which then moved on to some gorgeous tones from a variety of instruments. Chair yoga is accessable for all, in a relaxing studio. It is delivered by a friendly supportive practitioner, who pitches it at different levels to cater for us all. I look forward to trying other therapies offered. Thankyou Sally for being you.
