Unfortunately had dealings with this solicitor when selling our house in Dunoon. As movers were packing up they were still delaying sale. Their client had transferred funds the day before and was also frustrated as we heard through the estate agent. They held things up with ridiculous questions which they’d had months to ask and only transferred funds just before 5 on a Friday when we had travelled to Perth waiting at the other solicitors to collect keys whilst movers were waiting in their vans and costing us late key charge... read more
