From my personal experience, I have felt singled out and treated unfairly while living in a building managed by Stevenson Whyte. I have raised multiple concerns about unequal treatment from a member of the concierge team since 2022, but nothing was done. Rules have often seemed to be applied inconsistently — things other residents can do, I have been told I cannot. Great staff, especially Jennie. She has been fantastic. Jennie has communicated effectively and kept me informed about all the paperwork and updates on everything I’d inquire about.
If all Estate Agents were as good as S&W... the world of buying, selling and renting property would be a better place. S&W are undoubtedly THE BEST Letting AND Sales Agent in Manchester! I’ve was with S&W as a landlord for 5 years and they sold my flat. The team are brilliant but Jennie (ass branch manager) is calm, attentive, responsive and always on hand to help with any questions/ solve problems. Outstanding service from 2020, right through to 2025. Forget the rest, save yourself some time and head straight to S&W.
These people arent nice nor polite. They say the Properties-' owners dont have time to wait to rent the Properties. This agency doesn't have patience with the costumers and future costumers. They want to do the business in 2days.
