Reached out to them about a window not closing properly and had a poor experience overall. Initial contact was good - managed to get through to someone on the phone and I was asked to send a video of the issue on WhatsApp. Things went downhill from here as I heard nothing back, despite following up the next day and again received no response. Stevenson Glazing fitted full length mirrors for my home gym with great results. They will be coming back to replace some broken down double glazing units soon. Highly recommend!
I’ve used Stevenson Glass and Glazing twice now, first to fit some brush on our sash windows and second time to replace our double glazed windows. Jamie has always been super responsive, helpful and professional. No mess in the flat. He goes above and beyond and showed me how to properly open the sash windows to clean for future use and how to maintain it. Price is also very reasonable compared to other competitors. Would recommend to everyone.
