My Salesman Jonathan and finance Gentleman Ryan did an outstanding job of getting me what I wanted
I was told by Lexie my pre-qualification from Westlake was enough and no credit check needed to be done but that wasn't the case.They wanted to run my credit again and the car that's online was not even available to view or to test drive so it was a waste of time and gas going there. All that only to be told I need a large down payment and a co signer. False information and very misleading.
They were great at helping and understanding! They try their hardest and make you feel welcome!

Excellent Ryan called me almost daily Was very helpful let me test drive it was very patient in my decision I would recommend Ryan I had made the appointment with Ashley who suggested someone else but Ryan was out there on site ready to help I never did get to meet Ashley but others introduced themselves too The dealership has so many used cars that it was hard to find a parking spot
Dealer lied to get me there. Told me the truck was ready to go and could be driven. Arrived at their behest to find it was still in the shop and could not be driven

After emailing the salesman about the Cruze a few times and setting up a time to drive to Janesville to see it. I get there and he tells me it’s not available to sell and tried selling me a vehicle higher than what I wanted to pay and nothing in my interest type of a vehicle.
Didnât respond because I had second thoughts but they did reach out multiple times.
