Very dissatisfied with the service and lack of communication between the service associates and customer. After having sat there for nearly 2 hours I finally asked Allison what the status of my car was. As she's looking and flipping through service orders I see mine, says waiting. Waiting for a customer response which would be hard to get considering no one ever came out to speak to me in those 2 hours. Was 5 stars. Now 3 stars. Service department is reliable and reasonably priced. Used to be able to drop in for an oil change. Now they don't take too kindly to that. We have bought cars from Brown, Steven, McDonough Toyota. As a family we have owned 19 Toyotas over 43 years. Steven is the best for buying, even though we will walk out rather than haggle. They need to fix their web site so service scheduling works on an iPhone, iPad or Mac computer. It also looks like they have outgrown their service facility.
