Isaac was great to work with. After getting off to a bad start with Ashton, Isaac stepped up to the plate & turned my search for a RAV4 into a quick, pleasant experience. He was personable, friendly, & knowledgable. He kept me informed thru email & phone. Isaac ensured that my processing paperwork was completed & ready for my signature appointment. We had a great experience at Steven Toyota. After a rather difficult time at another dealer trying to purchase a vehicle Isaac and the team at Steven Toyota delivered on their promise that they would be able to secure financing and a new ride for our family. We did not get the vehicle we went to them for but in its place we came away with a newer nicer vehicle than we ever expected. We were very pleasantly surprised with the whole experience.
