I'm having a hard time finding places to maintain great customer service. These people just don't seem to want my business. When I was in the market to buy, when in need of repair, when in need of discussion or advice...they have been nothing but difficult to deal with. The last time I was there they lied to my face about my specific requirements for tire pressure after service. When confronted on the problem they claimed it must've been overlooked. If it was overlooked how can you say you specifically checked the tire pressure yourself? I'm done with these guys.
Steven treats folks the way they should be treated while shopping for a vehicle. Greg Courville assisted us with selecting our new vehicle. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable pertaining to the vehicles on the lot. He is very friendly and treats folks very respectfully and ensures that the customer is comfortable and he made us feel so welcome.
