What outstanding customer service from this Toyota dealership! My cousin from NE and myself from MO were driving a rental Toyota Rav4 out of Washington, DC to vacation in VA when we thought the car smelled liked something was hot or burning. We saw we were near a Toyota dealership so we drove in to have the car checked. They immediately began trying to analyze our issue, solved it and had us back on the road in no time.
