Outstanding service department! All the personnel take pride in their work and it shows.
We purchased a 2009 Ford Escape yesterday and love it! However there was an issue with a wet driver's side floorboard when we got home. I took it back to the service department today, Al graciously accommodated me, got me fixed up and back on the road in about an hour. Xavier, our salesman, is a gentle giant with a great laugh. DJ is a pro and helped us in numerous ways, even securing a lower rate for us. Thanks, Steven Toyota team!
