Great customer service, and knowlegeble salespersons. Greg Woodson came in while he was off to help me finalize my purchase. Also it meant a lot to talk and work with people that actually drove and believed in the product that they were selling.

Never owned a Toyota but I purchased my Silverado over a year ago from these guys. Everyone there is always so nice and helpful especially the service guys. Walking in, you are always greeted by someone that will help direct you where you need to go. Definitely recommend these guys for your auto service needs!

I have always gotten good service from Steven Toyota in Harrisonburg, Va. ever sense i bought my 2014 Toyota Corolla there in august 2015. They are very good about checking everything out at each service appt. Several times they had to keep my car and as i live 45 minutes away they loaned me a rental to drive. My service advisor Edgardo , advise me they would have to keep my car overnight as i had a bad wheel bearing . He was very quick to get me a rental to drive untill the next evening.
