Recently serviced my 2010 Prius at Steven Toyota. My service advisor, Al Hanson, couldn’t have been nicer. He explained everything that needed to be done & the costs very clearly. He even took me into the garage so the service technician could show me the problems. I took Al’s advice & replaced the rotors & pads on all 4 wheels. And because would take another day, Al lent me a new Corolla to drive home & return the next day.
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Steven Toyota. Quick, efficient, and friendly...what else could person ask for. Plus,... I have a nice Prius C to scoot about in. All is well. THANKS!

Traded in my Corolla for a newer Camry and it was probably the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Francisco was friendly and helpful. He was super patient with my 6 year old and understanding of our needs for our car. I totally recommend Steven Toyota - I'm sure they are all awesome, but, in my opinion, you should ask for Francisco!! :)
