Have serviced my vehicle for the past 6 years. Service deck is always courteous and kind. Works with my schedule and calls me if there are issues during service times.

While traveling a dash light came on and I drove my Toyota into the unfamiliar to me Steven Toyota. Without an appointment I wondered what my travel day might turn into. Yet Al was inside, ready to greet me and through his efforts instilled confidence in me that they would diagnose the problem. They did, and though it would take too long to get the part, I went on his advice and finished my drive home and contacted my own dealer.
