Every time you bring the vehicle in for service they try to sell you unnecessary items. I changed my cabin filter at 30,000 and they try to sell you a new filter every service. The sales person Sia was great everything else a horrible experience. My car will be serviced Walmart $20.00 less and not hassled about them selling me unnecessary items. Great place to buy a car/truck/SUV. Brian Morrison was attentative and helpful througouth the buying process. I totaled the Avalon I had been driving. Safety features and past experience with Steven Toyota (sales and service) made this the "go to" place to repalce it. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased here. I have had very few problems and they have been taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction. I also have a 4-Runner that has been great.
A road mishap (involving debris from an 18-wheeler blowout) left my truck with a flat tire as I was visiting in Harrisonburg. One call to Steven Toyota had my Toyota Tundra towed to their service department where they were able to send me on my way with no hassle. I purchased my Tundra from Steven Toyota. They have been my sole service provider. My Toyota truck has 154K and still drives like the day I drove it off the lot. Thanks, Steven Toyota!
