Wonderful experience at Steven Toyota! My husband called and arranged to stop and look at a vehicle (2018 Dodge Charger R/T) as a birthday gift for me. We are from Pennsylvania so, a bit of a drive. Let me just start by saying the drive/time was SO worth it!!! They treated him WONDERFUL, and got all the paperwork done in a timely manner. I was SUPER surprised and I ABSOLUTELY love the car! Long story short, If you are looking for a new vehicle you need to check them out!

Bought my Hummer H3 there 6 years ago. I haven't had any major mechanical issues with it whatsoever 110,000 miles later. I got married in October took my new wife there she purchased a 2018 van there today. Another happy customer thanks!
They Lied!! Looking at a used vehicle. Told them I did not want them to do a hard pull of credit until we were sure of the deal. They promised to do a soft pull that isn't reflected on credit report until we were sure of the deal. They lied! We couldn't come together on the deal so we left. Got home only to get a notice that in fact they had made a hard pull on our credit that will show up on our credit report. They will never get my business. Worse service department I ever dealt with will never go back said things on my truck was not under warranty but a Toyuta dealer hour north covered all warranty
my first experience there, they tried pushing me into a pickup i had no interest in. it was more expensive yet somehow my credit was approved for it but not the one i wanted which was quite a few grand cheaper... but that all began to make sense when my brother started working there and unveiled the truth about how big of crooks they are. not to mention those stupid commercials that keep interupting my tubi tv every 6 minutes which is what finally lead me to leave this review after years of just brushing my eternal dislike f... read more
