Came into Steven Toyota about a week ago and was helped out by a friend Kaleb Vankinscott. He showed my girlfriend and I the full selection of SUV's with a smile and was super knowledgeable about them all. Definitely coming back for all of our car needs
This review is in regard to Steven Toyota's service department and my first (and only) experience there. Don't expect Toyota to cover damage caused by their faulty parts. A faulty brake caliper cut into the rotor and wore down the pad on my "Certified" Camry, but Toyota refused to cover this damage under their Certified Warranty. They even blamed me for the damage that was caused by their faulty part. Yep, you read that right. They claimed the damage was my fault.
