Today Masar Al-Kaem helped me with the purchase of my new Tacoma. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and easy to work with. I didn't get any of the runaround that a lot of dealerships down in the Charlottesville area have given me in the past, so it was easily worth the drive up the road to Harrisonburg to work with this class act. I can't recommend working with Masar enough. He made something incredibly stressful (buying a new car) a breeze and I'm confident in my deal and the person that helped me make it happen.
The Service Dept has a great team and has always done a great job for us!
The service advisors are friendly, efficient, able to serve your vehicle often even in an emergency drive-in situation, and the service is done right the first time. The waiting area is well equipped to allow you to do work while you wait. They appear to have thought of everything. If I have any issue with them, it is with the cost of service which I believe is moderately expensive. But i gives that's the trade-off for having a reliable dealer.
I had my Kia inspected and annual maintenance last week. I return each year for this service as I have found each one I come in contact with very helpful, informative, courteous and professional. I will continue this practice in the future.
I had an amazing experiencing with Francisco! He was informative and so nice! I LOVE my new 4Runner! I would recommend Steven Toyota and Francisco any day!!
