From the moment I pulled onto the lot until I drove away in a 2020 4-Runner, I loved the experience. Our salesman, Francisco Marroquin, Jr. did a fantastic job in working out all the details to make it happen. Som Syharath and Carey Knicely were great in all the financial details. I have purchased from Steven Toyota in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
The sales department is always awesome! I have bought 5 vehicles from them, 4 of them new, 1 used. The service department... well, there is an issue EVERY TIME!! Like my other trucks, when the free oil changes are done, I will use the dealer in Winchester! You shouldn't have to argue about something EVERY time you have an appointment!
