Steven Toyota really went above and beyond for my husband Brent and I when we bought our 2010 Venza 2 weeks ago. When I test drove the car it had so recently arrived on the lot that it was not inspected, cleaned or minor repairs done. I bought it without warrenty, yet they did all repairs and even gave me a loaner car while they were being done. When I went to get the car, the hands-free link would not sync to my phone.
