Received one today from my husband for Valentine's Day. He got me the Just Peachy rose. I love it! I never knew about these. What a creative idea!
I HATE STEVEN SINGER!!! I HATE incredible customer service, that goes above and beyond to make their customers happy. My wife received her gold plated rose on Thursday and it was damaged. She called customer service right away and a very nice representative said that she would take care of it. On Monday her replacement rose arrived and she absolutely loves (I mean HATES) it. Thank you Steven Singer for making my Valentine's Day shopping simple each year.
I had a fantastic experience. I had trouble with my card on the site, so I called up. I had to call a few times to to an issue on my end. Andrea didnt let me stay on hold more than a minute and answered all my questions fully as well as assisting my purchase. She did everything to make this a pleasant experience and I will absolutely be coming back in the future due to this.
I just made my first purchase from Steven Singer. It will definitely NOT be my last. My wife absolutely LOVES the gold dipped rose. If I'm able to, I will be ordering one a month until she has the entire collection and then I'll buy the new color every year for her.

Has to be the worse gift I have ever given my wife. Arrived damaged, pedles were falling off inside the packaging, looked like a piece of metal. Not attractive at all. The personal message was poorly done. Also it was in a cardboard box, not for display. My wife laughed when she saw it. I felt so foolish. Just wasted $60.00. Never again for this piece of x#)$
Roses are beautiful and definitely a perfect gift!
