We live to far to go to the store, however my husband buys me the gold dipped roses every year - I think I have every color!! and when I saw the brochure for the holidays I helped my husband out by circling the ring I wanted and put the size there for him - to say the least I got the beautiful ring only I ordered the wrong size - Jeremy from Steven Singer has been awesome with every step of my exchange and I can t wait to show my ring off!! Customer service at SS is the BEST!!! Everyone was so kind and our visit for my ring sizing was short, sweet and easy. They are even shipping my ring for free!!!!
Please do not shop at this store with poor quality products and crooked sales people. I was hit by a car. My engagement ring purchased here broke. The stone fell off and was lost. On the same finger was a ring from Tiffany's which remained in perfect condition. Obviously, Steven Singer jewelry is of much worse quality! My husband purchased what they sold to him as insurance. But now that their poorly made ring broke, Steven Singer denies responsibility and says this is not covered. Stay away!
My husband took me to Steven Singer Jewelry to surprise me with the gold-dipped rose of my chosing (we live 2 hours away). I loved my surprise so much it worth the trip, the staff was super nice and not pushy. They attended to us wonderfully and it was a perk that they paid for parking for shopping with them. We went for a rose and walked away with diamond stud earrings as well �. We will definitely return.
I received a gold dipped rose a few years back. One of my kids broke the stem emailed them about it and had a replacement rose with in 2 days they didn’t even want the damaged one back.

Steven Singer is amazing and you have to stop in to see Russ. He knows anything and everything you want to know about their jewelry. Give him a few minutes of your time and he'll figure out EXACTLY what you're looking for. After lots of searching elsewhere, he found the perfect engagement ring setting for me on the first try. You aren't going to look at hundreds of rings here and feel overwhelmed because Russ knows what you want.
