I've been a customer since 1998 when Steven had a little store in the middle of the block and a loyal and amazing assistant named Jenny. Their customer service has never once been an issue. Jenny still makes sure of that. Thank you for almost 20 years of the best service and being my goto spot for jewelry. Just realised our relationship is longer than me any wife's!
Love this place! It's a welcoming, fun, no pressure atmosphere. Our salesman, Russ is friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating.
Staff is very friendly and quick to help. After getting my engagement ring there I lost a large amount of weight and had to get a new setting, which they did at no cost to us! We just purchased our wedding bands there as well and Ashley was very knowledgeable and super cool!
In just 20 days the love of my life and I will be getting married on the sunny beach of Jamaica❤️ Our experiences at "I Hate Steven Singer" has been terrific.
