My neck surgery performed by Dr. Blazar was a huge success. Dr. Blazar was a professional throughout my process. One of the things I liked most, was his sense of humor and making sure I was at ease with the procedure. His follow through has been amazing I recommended him to a friend and henhad the same experience. Thanks Dr. Blazar, Mark E. McCallum

Dr Blazar performed lumbar fusion surgery on me 10 years ago for a herniated disc. I woke up with foot drop and then ended up with surgical infections. I later discovered he made many surgical errors requiring me to have a 10 hour revision surgery in Boston with 2 years of rehabilitation. I'm permanently disabled today and live in chronic pain because of his negligence. The worst part of it was his treatment of me after the surgery. He was disrespectful unprofessional and rude to me.

He performed C4 C5 surgery on me in 11/5/14 Dr. Blazar told me I had pinched nerve of the neck therefore surgery would correct the problem. Prior to the surgery I only had neck pain and some pain on the back of my shoulder blade. I woke up paralyzed of my entire right side. The MRI show postoperative complication a spinal cord injury that was not present prior. He refused to claim any wrong doing today I am totally disabled nothing was fix I need help with all my ADL's I'm living only existing

Dr. Blazar uses sarcasm and jokes to ease his patients, which surprisingly helped my mom with her decision to treat her spinal stenosis.
