I can't recommend Steven Hale highly enough. His skill and professionalism are exemplary, and my pulsatile tinnitus was rendered much more manageable within 2 weeks, once he had fitted me with specially tuned hearing aids, so he's given me my life back! Had a very satisfactory consultation with Steven today,having self referred with reduced hearing in my left ear,and suspecting retained wax.He took a swift medical history and moved quickly to inspection firstly of the right ear showing me normal appearance on screen.Then left side confirming impacted wax.On to treatment and removal of same revealing unexpected polyp close to the tympanic membrane so advised referral to ENT consultant for removal.Very competent, and procedure well explained and performed.Very happy to recomm... read more
I attended the Shenstone Clinic following advice from my doctor in respect of pain and hearing loss due to a build up of wax in my ears. I saw Nick who was brilliant and after examination, explained the procedure, which was painless, and removed the wax. I am now fine. I would highly recommend this Clinic.
My mum has been suffering with her ears for weeks now and after going back and forth to the Doctors with antibiotics was having no relief. Finally I suggested she should go and see Steve and Nick at shhh in Shenstone. After an examination they were able to help. Thank you so much.
Incredible knowledge and professionalism. I went in with really itchy blocked ears. I thought I had a build up of wax but it turns out I had actually over done it on the ear drops. Whilst there was slight wax, Steven used water syringe to clear out my ear which I really liked as he tailored the treatment for my specific needs, Incredible service with before an after pics to show improvement. Highly recommend!
