Really impressed with the overall service and carpet quality! Responsive via email, helpful with quote and service expectations. Loved that we had samples delivered to us and we had time to consider it on our own. Chaps fitting it were friendly and quick! Bonus is that it was so much cheaper compared to Tapi! Will definitely using their service again
